Your role

We are now looking for Miners for loading. You will be part of a team of 7 people and rotate between rock loading and tunnel loading. Tunnel loading is part of the preparation cycle and rock loading involves production loading of slab rock crowns in mining and production areas, as well as special loading. For this position, internal training will be provided for both rock loading and tunnel loading. Work in the explosives depot may also occur.

What you bring with you

The work as a loader involves great responsibility, and therefore we are looking for someone who can work in an organized manner and has a strong safety mindset. You are self-driven in your work and have an easy time collaborating with others. The job involves close contact with other workgroups, which means you need to have good communication skills. You are engaged in your work, can prioritize, and be flexible, as the needs of the operation can change rapidly. In addition to this, you have:

• Approved high school grades (requirement)
• B driver's license for manual transmission (requirement)
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (requirement)
• Experience working underground is an advantage
• C license or experience driving trucks is an advantage
• Experience working with explosives or holding an explosives license is an advantage
